  • Completing 30-day follow-up conversations with new staff

  • Providing coaching, training, and initial intervention during client visits as needed

  • Supporting staff development and performance improvement

  • Ensuring positive customer service in all interactions with clients and families

  • Maintaining clear, accurate, and timely documentation

  • Communicating effectively with MaineTouch administrative and field staff

  • Completing required documentation using agency-approved systems and tools

  • Performing duties within the scope of the role and in accordance with Maine PCA regulations

This position reports to the PCA Program Manager or Administrator.

  • This position is being introduced as a pilot role and is expected to grow over time

  • Individuals in this role may receive additional training and responsibility as the program expands, with opportunities to move into ongoing supervisory, field management, or program leadership roles
