Strategic Consulting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Design, evolve, and optimize loyalty and engagement programs for clients

Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic client roadmaps and provide actionable recommendations

Synthesize research and data analysis into insights for senior-level clients and manage project execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and prior loyalty marketing experience required

10+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting

Demonstrated experience in loyalty / engagement or CRM consulting (B2C and / or B2B)

Category knowledge in Retail with experience in additional verticals such as financial services or travel

Preferred experience with global loyalty programs and various programmatic approaches
