Pool Construction Superintendent

We are a growing pool construction and maintenance company based in Boerne, TX. We proudly serve the San Antonio and Hill Country areas and are seeking an experienced Pool Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated construction leader with comprehensive experience leading pool construction projects successfully. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. If you are honest, self-motivated, positive, adaptable and an excellent communicator, we want to hear from you.Core Responsibilities : Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety in addition to supervising crews, subcontractors, and trade partners daily. Conduct daily inspections for safety, quality, cleanliness, and adherence to plans, timelines and budgets. Communicate and collaborate professionally and timely with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Complete and submit project documentation and checklists. Prepare and review project schedules and budgets regularly using software and spreadsheets. Troubleshoot and resolve field issues proactively. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Foster a positive team culture and uphold company values.Experience : Previous experience in a similar role successfully leading pool construction projects Proficient in reading plans, blueprints and other project related documents, as well as possessing sound project management principles Excellent time management and task prioritization skills Familiarity with Microsoft, Google, Monday suite of tools Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
