This role provides hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize internal workflows and project-based operations. The AI Solutions Support Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, enhance business processes, and support data-driven decision-making. The position offers exposure to AI prototyping, solution design, and practical application in real-world scenarios, providing opportunities to gain technical expertise while contributing to organizational efficiency. Candidates will participate in research, documentation, and cross-team discussions, helping the organization leverage AI for operational and client-focused initiatives. Accountabilities
- Support the Data, Technology & Innovation (DTI) team in designing, prototyping, and implementing AI tools for internal and client use.
- Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges using AI-based approaches.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to observe and contribute to AI solution discussions.
- Document findings, processes, and recommendations to enhance AI solution effectiveness and business continuity.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends, best practices, and tools relevant to organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, analyses, and AI solution development.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and organizational efficiency.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in AI Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.Understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation.Experience with programming languages relevant to AI (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript / TypeScript, SQL).Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to document and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of independently tracking multiple projects.Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn in cross-functional team settings.Attention to detail and accuracy in research, documentation, and project deliverables.Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Denver, CO; some on-site work may be required.Eligibility to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa.Preferred Qualifications :
GPA of 3.0 or higher in a relevant degree program.Previous internship or hands-on experience in AI, data science, or business process improvement.Participation in competitions or labs involving AI, software engineering, or intelligent design.Experience delivering presentations or projects to organizational leadership.Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.Benefits
