  • Description
  • Evaluate patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and create personalized treatment plans. - Administer therapeutic interventions focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery. - Collaborate with nurses, doctors, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes. - Educate patients and families on therapeutic objectives, discharge considerations, and home exercise programs. - Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress per facility and regulatory requirements. - Participate in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to guarantee coordinated patient care.
  • Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Certifications
