• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Schedule typically follows 7 on, 7 off pattern with 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next
• Maximum of one week RTO if needed
• Shifts may change during contract to accommodate facility staffing needs
• May need to cover day shift as needed
• Minimum 2 years recent RN experience in emergency department specialty required
• Rotate regularly through 11-bed Main ED, 6-bed ED Fast Track, and 7-bed ED Observation Unit
• Assignments include Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening
• May be assigned different areas daily and rotated during shifts based on patient volume
• May assist with Covid testing and immunization clinics as needed
• Expected to float to other departments where qualified, including taking patient loads or task-oriented duties
• Required certifications : American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC
• Conscious sedation certification required (obtained through facility after confirmation - $105 fee)
• Orientation occurs on Mondays only
