Job Summary : Assists the In-House Marketing Manager in overseeing the daily operations and productivity of the In-House Marketing Team. Assists in the interviewing, hiring, supervision, training, development, and behavior / performance management of associates.

Job experience : Two (2) years marketing experience required, primarily in vacation ownership industry. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Compensation : Generally starting at $68,640 - $68,640 per year plus commissions and bonuses. The actual salary rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
