Warehouse Supervisor- Distribution Center
Location : I-20 / Lancaster Rd Pay : $24 $28 / hr (based on experience) Shift : 5 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM (flexibility for overtime required)
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, excellent job stability, and a strong background in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to warehouse staff.
- Assign tasks, prepare workflows, and determine staffing needs to maximize productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Oversee inventory control, process optimization, and overall efficiency improvements.
- Maintain attention to detail while meeting productivity and quality standards.
