Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

A forward-thinking, data-driven organization at the forefront of its industry is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Planning & Analytics.

Background

This role will be instrumental in delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance customer marketing focused initiatives. The Senior Analyst of Strategic Planning & Analytics will bring deep expertise in analyzing complex datasets, translating findings into meaningful business strategies, and driving performance improvements across customer acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts.

What Will You Do :

• Design and implement detailed forecasts and budgets aligned with strategic planning discussions with a focus on optimizing ROI on customer marketing strategies
• Leverage large scale customer data to conduct sensitivity / "what-if" scenario based analysis to assess market scenarios and deliver cost-benefit insights on proposed marketing initiatives (NPV, ROI, CLTV)
• Provide data driven recommendations to optimize future marketing investments in customer acquisition, retention, and churn
• Exhibit strong business acumen during strategic planning sessions with an understanding of key performance drivers and linkage to financial results
• Identify and implement process improvements by leveraging analytical tools to streamline and automate workflows, transforming large, complex datasets into actionable insights through dashboard visualizations enhancing both efficiency and accuracy
