Job descriptionOpportunity for important work / life balance Paid time off (PTO) & paid holidays A robust benefits package : medical (HSA / FSA availability), dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options Company sponsored basic life / AD&D insurance and long-term disability insurance 401(k) & ROTH 401(k) savings plans + company match with auto-enrollment after probationary period Continuing professional development with CEU stipends available Opportunities for growth and advancement Developing and implementing an individualized treatment plan based on patient needs containing achievable functional goals by using therapeutic exercise and modalities, as necessary Revising treatment plans, as needed, throughout the treatment process for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint, and / or bone diseases Establishing and instructing patient and / or family / caregiver in exercises and therapeutic procedures to be continued following discharge Delegating tasks and supervising physical therapist assistants (PTA) and rehabilitation technicians Completing appropriate documentation according to Company / department policies and procedures along with adhering to federal and state regulations Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist specific to the State of Indiana A Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy Current CPR certification
