ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in April 2024 after working as a State Farm team member, bringing firsthand experience into building a strong, performance-driven office. I attended the University of California Riverside, and outside of work I enjoy hiking, playing pickleball, and trying new restaurants. Our team has grown to six members, and we operate with a clear focus on teamwork, accountability, and winning together. Staying connected to the community is important to us, and we’re actively involved within local businesses and churches as part of that commitment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Joseph Lau - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
