Director of Audio Production

A company is looking for a Director of Audio and Video Production.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Audio & Video Production Team to ensure timely and high-quality output of audio and video content, primarily podcasts

Manage production resources and schedules for ongoing content and custom projects

Collaborate with the Content and Brand Partnerships Teams to enhance A / V strategy and deliver client content accurately

Required Qualifications

4-7 years in audio or video production with experience in team leadership or large-scale projects

Expertise in podcast and video production from concept to final edit

Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere, Audition, or Pro Tools

Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Collaborative leadership style with a passion for storytelling and production quality
