The Queen's Health System has an excellent opportunity for an experienced board-certified Thoracic Surgeon to join a highly reputable surgery practice serving the largest health system in the state of Hawaii.
This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of thoracic pathologies, requiring strong technical skills across the field of Thoracic Surgery. The practice includes significant growth in both benign and malignant esophageal disease, with robust access to robotic surgery. Surgeons will work within a setting of diverse and high-volume pathology, supported by an innovative lung program that integrates robotics and AI, and emphasizes close collaboration with interventional pulmonology. The Queen's Medical Center was founded in 1859 by Queen Emma and King Kamehameha IV and has grown to the largest private, nonprofit medical center in Hawai'i, with 575 acute beds, serving the entire state and the Pacific Basin. The Queen's Medical Center serves as the primary teaching hospital for majority the residencies and fellowships offered by the John A. Burns School of Medicine and the Hawai'i Residency Program.
