Janssen Biotech, Inc., a member of Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is recruiting for a Regional Business Director, Dermatology to support the Ohio Valley region which includes Washington, DC, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati & Dayton, OH, Louisville, KY, Memphis & Nashville, TN, Baltimore, MD and Pittsburgh, PA. The position is a field-based role with regional scope, and preference may be granted to candidates who reside within close proximity to major metropolitan cities within the Ohio Valley region.

The Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology is a leadership position and is accountable to effectively lead, develop, and directly manage a team of District Managers (DMs) and Dermatology Sales Specialists who have sales responsibilities across Janssen Biotech's Dermatology accounts as well as interfacing with a wide range of cross-disciplinary stakeholders.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 162,000-279,000. Additional Description for Pay Transparency : Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
