Orthopedic Hand Surgery physician job in Iowa :

Excellent opportunity in Southeast Iowa for an Orthopedic-Hand Surgeon looking to earn a high compensation and enjoy a better work/life balance. Due to a retiring physician, the new physician will take over a turnkey, ready-made, busy practice. You?ll find a nice balance of patients with wonderful support staff and administration!


Practice Information

  • Join a group of 7 Orthopedic surgeons
  • Turnkey practice with tremendous stability - NO local competition!
  • 4 or 4.5-day work week w 10 days a month max call
  • NO GENERAL CALL, 75% -100% Hand
  • Rated as a "Top Workplace" in Iowa by the Des Moines Register

Compensation & Benefits

  • $900,000 base salary with earning potential of $1 million-plus with a full benefits package
  • $100,000 signing bonus
  • $15,000 relocation
  • 7-weeks of vacation
  • 1 week CME with a $5000 CME allowance
  • Malpractice insurance

It is conveniently located 2.5 hours from Des Moines and 1.5 hours from Davenport.
