This is your chance to grow your career in a dynamic environment and explore exciting opportunities in our expanding ERP business with Microsoft Dynamics. ▶︎Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test high-quality web applications Maintain and enhance existing systems with new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements Build backend functionality using C#, .NET Framework, and MVC Create engaging frontend experiences using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Develop and integrate APIs and web services Prepare clear technical documentation in both English and Japanese Participate in future Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation project ▶︎ Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of software development experience, including hands-on experience with Java Proven expertise in C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC Strong frontend development skills with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience with database development using MS SQL Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git or Azure DevOps Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills Nice to Have (Optional):
