Job Title : Supervisor

Location : Yermo, CA

Salary Range : $70,000 - $74,000 per year

Job Description :

Supervises the daily activities of an operations unit. The Supervisor determines workflow and scheduling. This position implements operational policies and procedures. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staff. The Supervisor makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group / small department. The successful candidate has some authority for personnel actions. The Supervisor has thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes

Minimum Requirements

• GCSS Army Certified
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be physically capable of lifting to 50 pounds.
• Able to work independently on various office administrative duties with attention to details.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, word processing, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Must have the ability to analyze and interpret Army Technical Manuals with relation to vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Experience in performing audits.
• Safety conscious attitude
• Foster a cooperative and positive work atmosphere
• Must be proficient in using EMS-NG.
• Broad knowledge of Army logistical functions.
• Ability to analyze, develop, evaluate, advise or promote improvements in logistical programs.
• Ability to establish program objectives or performance goals and assess progress.
• Must obtain a Commercial Learner's Permit within 60 days of employment and obtain a CDL within 180 days of employment.
