Clubhouse Supervisor

Clubhouse fosters a stable environment for individuals with mental illness, brain injuries, and neurological conditions to rebound, recover, and reconnect. We support individuals to regain independence through rehabilitation, communication, and cognitive skill development, social and behavioral programming, and recreational activities. Staff and members assist, promote, and celebrate individuals in their effort to reintegrate into the community, improve social and vocational skills, become employed in the community, and improve their overall health and wellness. The Supervisor will report directly to the Program Director and will mentor, support, and supervise the staff for Clubhouse, which includes all funded programming being delivered through the Clubhouse. The Supervisor will lead operations ensuring high quality services are provided, staff are supervised, and standards within all contracts are exceeded. The ideal candidate will have professional experience as a leader in the mental health or psychosocial / human services center environment. Compensation $48,000 to $52,000.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with and be supervised by the Granite Pathways Program Director.
• Maintain and update personnel files.
• Conduct regularly and frequent individual supervision with all staff.
• Coordinate training for all staff.
• Have a clear understanding of the contract requirements and roles of all staff.
• Practice cultural competency.
• Complete annual training as required.
• Lead staff in supporting the following : time management, professional development, payroll / benefits, membership relationships, and required work activities, increasing staff satisfaction and retention.
• Manage day-to-day clubhouse coverage, staff workloads, equipment maintenance, supplies, and technical issues.
• Manage referrals for Clubhouse including staff assignments, outreach, and engagement.
• Manage weekly Medicaid billing for Clubhouse including oversight of staff submission and tracking, researching and correcting claims ensuring billing is accurate and revenue is received timely.
• Oversight of Single Stop use, ensuring resources are updated, increasing the use of this platform for the clubhouse.
• Record audits to ensure appropriate documentation is up to date and in compliance with funders requirements.
• Ensure that staff have documented quality and accurate data.
• Quality tracking of staff performance; ensuring the maintenance of accurate, complete, timely, and high-quality documentation and data collection to meet best practice standards that comply with program policies and procedures, payor requirements, and external regulatory standards.
• Always follow and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
