Working Conditions

No specific physical requirements are present. The incumbent works up to 40 hours per week in an office setting, with artificial light and temperature control. Daily access to and use of a personal computer and telephone is essential. Sitting and standing requirements are consistent with office work. Travel is essential function of this position.This position has the opportunity of being eligible for hybrid telework in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy and Department of Consumers Telework Policy, and will be required to report to the office as needed / required. To be eligible for telework, the successful candidate must reside in California. Beginning July 1, 2025, all employees will be required to work in-person at least four days per week.

Special Requirements

• The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.

Title 11, section 703D California Code of Regulations requires criminal record checks of all personnel who have access to Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI). Pursuant to this requirement, applicants for this position will be required to submit fingerprints to the Department of Justice and be c-leared before hiring.
