Job descriptionServe as SME for Ariba Contracts & Sourcing (Upstream) and Buying & Invoicing (Downstream). Configure optimize and troubleshoot Ariba modules to support compliance and procurement operations. Partner with integration teams to ensure clean accurate data flow across systems. Design and maintain Supplier Master structure that supports contract hierarchy and sourcing strategy. Ensure supplier data integrity data governance and alignment with contract terms. Serve as the liaison between Procurement Contract Management and technical teams. Support adoption of the new compliance process across multiple business units. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Build dashboards KPIs and compliance reporting within Ariba or business intelligence tools. Monitor supplier performance compliance issues exception trends and process efficiency. Recommend improvements and drive continuous enhancements. Proven experience leading SAP Ariba contract compliance processes from design to deployment. Deep expertise in Ariba Contracts Sourcing Buying & Invoicing . Experience architecting Supplier Master data structures and governance. Strong background in sourcing / contracting operations within complex corporate environments. Ability to design new processes drive adoption and support operational workflows. Excellent communication stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. Consult on strategic initiatives with broad impact. Review and analyze complex business execution challenges involving multiple factors. Provide solutions requiring deep understanding of policy compliance and functional operations. Collaborate strategically with senior client personnel. 5 years in Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning OR equivalent (work consulting training military education).
Job Overview
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead to architect implement and operationalize a new enterprise-level contract compliance process. This is a brand-new function responsible for ensuring all purchase orders (POs) properly tie to contracts within SAP Ariba improving visibility auditability and operational efficiency across procurement and sourcing.
The role partners closely with Procurement Contract Management and Enabling Capabilities teams requiring a blend of technical SAP Ariba expertise process engineering ability and strong business execution skills.

- Build a new enterprise contract compliance process from the ground up.
- Engineer workflows ensuring all POs are systematically linked to contracts.
- Document cross-functional workflows across sourcing contracting and procurement.
- Establish scalable standardized processes that reduce manual effort.
