Marketing / Communication Specialist / Manager

Daelim Transformer is seeking talented professionals for the following positions:

Marketing Specialist – Execute marketing campaigns, develop content, and support business projects.

Communication Specialist – Manage corporate communications, social media, and brand messaging.

Marketing/Communication Manager – Lead marketing and communication strategies, oversee campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Conduct market research, including market, segment, product, and competitor analysis.
• Develop marketing materials: brochures, manuals, demos, videos, presentations, and news content.
• Coordinate digital campaigns and local marketing initiatives with China team.
• Manage local marketing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Liaise with marketing agencies and vendors for high-quality deliverables.
• Track and manage leads generated from marketing activities.
• Organize events and exhibitions to enhance corporate image and support business growth.
• Support additional business projects as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Self-motivated, strong time management, and systematic thinking skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Proven experience in budget management and effective resource allocation.
• Experience in coordinating with agencies and vendors.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the electrical industry is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and other common office tools.
