Banner Rehabilitation Hospital - Tucson (Opening in January 2026) in partnership with Select Medical is hiring a PPS Manager. Location : Tucson, AZ. Schedule : Full-time. Position : PPS Manager (MDS RN)

Responsibilities

• Oversees the coordination of all clinical documentation required for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI), and provides oversight regarding length of stay in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Conducts ongoing review of the CMS data submitted and the patient's medical record to ensure documentation accuracy and data congruence.
• Supervises PPS Coordinator(s) in performing PPS related functions.
