Our clinic in Gurnee is growing rapidly and we are looking for a third, full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our amazing team.  We have an opening for someone looking to take the next step in their career. We have a brand-new clinic in a great location, new equipment, standard work hours (8-5 pm) and free corporate training (with CE credits).   We have already established a reputation for exceptional care with our patients.  One-on-one therapy, no double bookings!

• Perform new-patient evaluations / exams
• Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
• Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques / exercises ; track progress
• Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
• Examine and evaluate new patients
• Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
• Establish a plan goal and time frame
• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Educate the patient on continuing care
