Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Relationship Executive with a strong background in the supermarket sector. The ideal candidate will have proven success in acquiring new clients and managing high-value accounts within the industrial, commercial, and retail cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies with a primary focus on acquiring new clients, especially within the supermarket janitorial sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate service contracts.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets contractual and quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management within the industrial, commercial, or retail cleaning industry, with specific and proven experience in supermarkets.
  • Demonstrated track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning service operations and supermarket-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide three professional references verifying work history and achievements.

  • Base salary starting at $120,000 per year.
  • Commission structure to be determined based on performance and experience metrics.
