We are looking for a full-time Mail Inserter (Custom Insert Operator) to join our team in Coppell, TX. This position is responsible for manually preparing custom mailing orders by folding and inserting confidential documentation into envelopes or packages by hand and operating a metering machine to apply appropriate postage to mail pieces. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accountable and enjoys working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Overtime is scheduled as needed and could require coming in earlier or staying later during high-volume production cycles.

This position is sitting for long periods. Frequently required to use hands and/or fingers to grasp, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and focus adjustments.
