• Manage contracts, including bids and change orders, to ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets.
• Oversee project progress and performance, using tools like Procore for effective tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project status, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Implement cost management strategies to maximize project profitability and minimize financial risks.
• Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan next steps.
