• Support Style : Person-centered, holistic care that is respectful of autonomy and preferences. My mother thrives with a combination of activities together that you initiate, time to herself, and gentle, unobtrusive support when needed.
• Expectations : Our home has high standards for care, and we will appreciate and respect you in return. Punctuality is essential. Willingness to do small chores or light housework is not required, but would be gratefully received.
