About The Position

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of psych experience

License : Current RN license in good standing

Certifications : Handle with Care (training provided during onboarding)

Must-Have : Experience with either adult or child / adolescent patient populations

Description :

The position requires a Registered Nurse with a current RN license in good standing.

Experience with either adult or child / adolescent populations is acceptable; it is not necessary to have both.

The patient population includes children ages 5-12, adolescents ages 13-17, and adults aged 18 and up.

Staffing ratios consist of 1 RN and 1 RN / LPN for 12+ patients, along with 2 mental health technicians during day shifts.

From 11 PM to 7 AM, the staffing ratio is 1 RN and 1 mental health technician per unit.

Every other weekend is mandatory.

Schedules are organized in a 2-week block.

Training for Handle with Care will be provided during onboarding.
