We are seeking mission-driven, highly adaptable Utility Infielders with prior military experience at the E6 – O3 level. This role is designed for versatile professionals capable of supporting a wide range of operational, analytical, and programmatic functions across the organization. Candidates should bring a disciplined mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a willingness to jump into complex tasks in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
As a Utility Infielder, you will act as a force multiplier; providing critical support wherever it’s needed most. This role is located onsite in the Middle East. Travel may be required 50% to 100% of the time.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute operational and administrative tasks across multiple workstreams, often with limited oversight.
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of mission-critical projects and field activities.
- Analyze data and operational feedback to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison between departments, ensuring alignment and communication.
- Take on short-term and long-term assignments across various business units as organizational needs evolve.
- Contribute to program and policy development, supporting senior leaders in strategic initiatives.
- Anticipate and resolve problems under pressure, often with incomplete information or shifting priorities.
- Maintain high levels of operational readiness and situational awareness in dynamic settings.
Requirements : Basic Qualifications
Former military experience at E6–O3 rank or equivalent.Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or initiatives under pressure.Proven versatility in both operational and administrative environments.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; capable of quickly digesting and acting on new information.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot rapidly in response to evolving priorities.Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.Must be willing to travel internationally, including active conflict zones. Travel may range from 50% to 100% of the time, depending on operational needs and assignment schedules.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in joint or interagency operational environments.Exposure to program or project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma).Familiarity with intelligence, logistics, or strategic operations domains.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., operations, business, national security).Current or previous security clearance (active or eligible for reactivation).Experience briefing or advising senior leadership in high-stakes settings.Physical & Travel Requirements
