As an HR Operations Intern, you will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency across employee training, onboarding, and staffing systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitize qualification records, enhance onboarding experiences, and support workforce optimizationgaining hands-on experience in impactful, scalable HR solutions.

Responsibilities Include :

Project #1 Operations Qualifications Digitization

• Support the implementation strategy of a web-based training and qualification system
• Audit and ensure data accuracy of employee qualification records
• Develop SOPs and FAQs for ongoing administration

Project #2 Onboarding Program

Project #3 Workforce Staffing Management Optimization

Base Pay Range : $22.00 - $26.00

The base salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
