Solutions Architect (CSE / A - Senior)

Gormat is looking for a Solutions Architect with the following capabilities :

• Hands on development experience using agile processes
• Strong familiarity with SAFe scaled agile
• Experience with system engineering life cycle methodologies
• Must have background with cloud technologies
• Keeps abreast of the current cloud development and devsecops cyber trends
• Hands on experience leading a team of skilled engineers, architects, requirements analysts, test engineers, and Cyber practitioners in order to understand their requirements and how to best align activities with Chief Architect Objectives
• Strong inter-personal skills for building relationships across the Enterprise teams
• Working closely with the Chief Architect and their team, understanding and documenting the architecture and specific architectural decisions
• Communicating the architecture and vision to the solution train and agile release engineers through briefings, technical exchange meetings, one-on-one interaction at planning events and Mattermost
• Identify and align development and establish a technology strategy that enables programs to support current and future operational requirements
• Work with program staff to understand technical needs of their programs and how to best provide support and solutions (both existing and innovative)
