The Inventory & Warehouse supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and inventory control, including production inventory, prototype inventory, and general warehouse stock. This role ensures materials are tracked, staged, and delivered efficiently to support both ongoing production and new product development.

Directly supervise Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers, and Inventory Control staff.Manage inbound receiving, put away, and shipping of raw materials, components, and finished goods.Responsible for overseeing the Inbound & Outbound NETA testing workflow, ensuring all materials and finished products are properly staged, tracked, and released for testing and certification prior to shipment.Supervise the staging, tracking, and issuing of materials to production floor work orders.Ensure materials are available to support Hypers manufacturing schedules with no shortages or delays.Establish processes to track, stage, and segregate prototype inventory from production stock.Lead and schedule warehouse staff; provide training on processes, safety, and ERP usage.Drive warehouse automation (barcoding, mobile scanning, NetSuite workflows).Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve dock-to-stock cycle time, reduce shortages, and eliminate waste.Partner closely with the Logistics Specialist to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are executed efficiently.Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.5+ years of warehouse, production, or inventory management experience in manufacturing.ERP / WMS experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred.Experience managing production and prototype inventory highly desirable.Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping / receiving, and warehouse safety standards.Leadership experience supervising teams in a manufacturing / warehouse setting.Forklift certification requiredHyper, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable laws prohibiting employment discrimination.
