State Licensed Behavioral Health Director

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Utilization Management - Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee behavioral health management within the utilization management organization

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and state contract obligations for behavioral health services

Mentor and develop team members while cultivating relationships with hospitals and community agencies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing, behavioral health, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in behavioral health utilization management or related fields required

At least five (5) years of experience in managed care required

Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience required

Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Psychologist, or Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC) is required
