Program Manager

Veritas-HHS seeks a Program Manager for the 10th Judicial District Child Support Services of TN located in Cleveland and Athens, TN. Experience in child support is a must.

Job type : Full-time / In-person

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

About the Position :

The Program Manager provides leadership, vision and strategic direction for all contractual required elements of the child support services office with approximately?21 staff, located in Cleveland, Tennessee.?The Program Manager assesses operational efficiency and effectiveness and implements process improvement activities as needed. This individual develops procedures, processes, and methods to manage the child support caseload. This individual reports to the Senior Vice President.
