NDT Engineering Manager

As a leading manufacturer of large custom-designed control valves, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-tech production facility based in our Marshalltown, Iowa location.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Manage the NDE team to support site quality systems ensuring compliance with ISO, ASME, and other applicable industry standards as required.
• Responsible for consistent application of company policies in the department.
• Maintain and lead all aspects of the site's NDE training program and personnel certifications.
• Responsible for leading day-to-day operations to enhance production while improving quality, on-time delivery, and safety levels while reducing costs.
• Maintain orderly, safe, and efficient operation of the Marshalltown NDE facility and equipment.
• Assist in making equipment and technology decisions to support long-term business levels.
• Coordinate and communicate with all levels of the organization.
