Compensation : $75,000–$90,000 base + performance incentives

What You’ll Do

As a Strategy and Customer Success Manager , you’ll drive operational excellence, team empowerment, and customer satisfaction with creativity and precision.

Shape Strategy & Drive Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to hit operational, customer service, and maintenance goals.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate processes and boost efficiency.
  • Lead high-impact projects that elevate business performance.

Empower Teams

  • Coach and mentor team members to unlock their potential and deliver top results.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to build a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Lead engaging teams to align goals and inspire action.
  • Champion Customer Success

  • Be the go-to leader for resolving escalated customer, resident, or owner issues.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure maintenance excellence.
  • Uphold high standards to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee general operations for the company.

    Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on strategy, team management, or customer success.
  • Strong track record of coaching, hiring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency with software tools and eagerness to master new systems.
  • Comfort managing to P&L and key performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Some college preferred (not required for standout candidates).
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary : $75,000–$90,000 (based on experience).
