What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by the site.

Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities when necessary.

Communicate important information and updates to site management and Allied Universal supervisors as needed.

Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity at the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements :

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
