· Avaliar processos de negócios, antecipar requisitos, identificar áreas de melhoria e desenvolver e implementar soluções.
· Desenvolver medidas detalhadas em colaboração com especialistas para avaliar o desempenho da empresa e identificar áreas de oportunidade.
· Liderar revisões contínuas dos processos de negócios e desenvolver estratégias de otimização.
· Documentar e comunicar os resultados de seus esforços.
· Comunicar de forma eficaz seus insights e planos para membros da equipe e liderança.
Relatórios, análise e integração
· Supervisionar os elementos de relatórios relacionados a marketing/vendas/operações/atendimento ao cliente.
· Extrair, transformar e resumir dados para criar relatórios valiosos, narrativas, visualizações e apresentações para os parceiros de negócios.
· Trabalhar com outros analistas e desenvolvedores de banco de dados para automatizar relatórios, projetar conjuntos de dados e validar a precisão dos relatórios.
· Acessar dados para análise usando ferramentas de inteligência empresarial (por exemplo, Tableau, MS SQL, Excel). Ajudar na construção de modelos de dados e conjuntos de dados necessários para análise e integração de sistemas.
· Construir modelos, realizar testes e desenvolver protocolos para todos os programas de análise e relatórios.
· Documentar procedimentos para extração de dados e preparação de dados para relatórios e análise.
· Manter-se atualizado sobre os avanços mais recentes em processos e TI para automatizar e modernizar sistemas.
· Avaliar e redesenhar processos ETL com especialistas e desenvolvedores de banco de dados.
Perfil:
· Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência profissional,
· Experiência com ferramentas Microsoft SQL
· Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados (Tableau preferível).
· Graduação em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Matemática, áreas relacionadas ou experiência prática equivalente. Mestrado em negócios, Ciência da Computação ou área relacionada é preferível.
· Habilidades analíticas demonstradas, conhecimento avançado de processos e sistemas de relatórios.
· Excelente comunicação oral e escrita em ambientes individuais e em grupo.
· Capacidade de executar e concluir múltiplos projetos simultâneos dentro de um prazo determinado, sem supervisão constante.
· Habilidades técnicas avançadas.
· Excelente capacidade de documentação.
· Fluente em inglês. ( CV mandatório em inglês)
