Nocturnist Physician

Join a collaborative, physician-led hospitalist group in Troy, New York , as a full-time Nocturnist and experience a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive clinical environment just minutes from Albany and the scenic Hudson River Valley.

Position Highlights :

Schedule : 7-on / 7-off, 12-hour shifts (7 PM 7 AM)

Compensation : $332,800 base salary

Starting Bonus : Up to $40,000 (discussed during interview)

Patient Load : Avg. patients per physician

Team Support : APPs on staff; strong peer collaboration

ICU : Closed no procedures or ICU management required

Duties : Respond to rapids and codes; no admissions to ICU

Environment : Directly employed, hospitalist-led model in a physician-friendly system

Qualifications :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (within 5 years of eligibility)

New York Medical License or willing to obtain

DEA certification or willingness to obtain

Clean malpractice / license history highly preferred

Accepting H-1B visa candidates ( J-1 not eligible )

2025 grads and recent BE candidates encouraged to apply!

Not accepting locums or candidates within 30 miles of the facility
