We are seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients in their home.

There are cases in the Metuchen / Edison / Woodbridge areas

Responsibilities :

Provide individualized care to the seniors or people with disabilities
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
Medication Reminding
Light House cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
Provide companionship
Be the eyes for the family that can't be there to help
Use your experience to make suggestions to help make a senior's life easier

Qualifications :

Experience in home health, facilities and hospice

Positive and patient demeanor

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to handle physical workload

CHHA License
