Job descriptionHourly Pay + Commission + Free IR Sauna Membership We believe in a fun, positive environment We believe in flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement We believe in personal and professional development A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A consistently fantastic team-player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance and reliability Specifically looking for evening and weekend availability, 10-15 hours / week Sell memberships and packages with confidence in a team-based atmosphere Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate guests and members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover / cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facilitys towel supply area
