Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive services within a K-12 school setting located in Fairhope, AL. This contract position spans the full school year, allowing for a sustained and meaningful impact on student communication development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students across grades K-12.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring.
