As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor entry points and conduct routine patrols at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Monitor access points and verify credentials to help control entry and exit at the location, following established protocols for the tech, media, and telecom environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate according to site guidelines.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns within the location.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports to maintain accurate records in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Collaborate with team members and onsite personnel to support a security-related presence and help to deter disruptive behavior within the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or a rustic guard shack is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
