University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus – Department : Otolaryngology – Job Title : Pediatric Otolaryngologist (Open Rank – Assistant Professor / Associate Professor). Position #00835488 – Requisition #36946. The Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery is seeking a full-time pediatric otolaryngologist for its pediatric practice at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Colorado Springs. This position will also serve as the cleft lip and palate program coordinator and Cleft Medical Director for Colorado Springs, working directly with the cleft team leadership at the Metro Denver Children’s Hospital of Colorado.

The Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine’s mission is to provide outstanding, cutting‑edge clinical care, research, and state‑of‑the‑art training. The Department seeks a board‑eligible or board‑qualified pediatric otolaryngologist to join full‑time faculty. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Anticipated Pay Range
Assistant Professor : $275,000 – $315,000.
Associate Professor : $285,000 – $325,000.
We note that the ranges below reflect the base (fixed) salary ranges in alignment with AAMC Benchmarks by each rank (~25th percentile AAMC). Faculty total compensation, which is variable based on production and academic output, typically ranges between the median and 75th percentile AAMC with opportunity to exceed beyond the 75th.
This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non‑exempt.
