Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled SMT Programmer to join our production team, specializing in programming and operating Mycronic 200 & 300 pick-and-place machines. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Aegis FactoryLogix software, enabling efficient production, data management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• SMT Programming :

Develop and optimize SMT programs for Mycronic 200 & 300 pick-and-place machines based on PCB (Printed Circuit Board) designs and BOM (Bill of Materials).

Set up and operate Mycronic 200 & 300 pick-and-place machines, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to production schedules.

Utilize Aegis FactoryLogix software for production planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on SMT assemblies to ensure compliance with IPC standards.

Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure programs align with design specifications.
