Job Description

As a Security Officer - Financial Desk Specialist in Malvern, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service. By maintaining a strong presence at the front desk, you help to deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and are comfortable using computers and / or tablets. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
