Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Pay : $90$105 / hour

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Responsibilities :

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

Supervise RBTs and provide training, guidance, and support.

Conduct assessments and update treatment goals as needed.

Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to maximize client progress.

Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule :

Schedule : Flexible, based on your availability

Location : Clifton, NJ 07011

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications :

Current BCBA certification (required)

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Spanish fluency required

Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential
