Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related disciplines
8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture or related field
TOGAF 9 or TOGAF 10 certified
Proven track record of stakeholder management at executive levels
Experience establishing or participating in architecture governance processes and Architecture Review Boards
Demonstrated ability to develop architecture roadmaps and business cases for technology investments
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Knowledge of data architecture, API strategy, integration patterns, and microservices architecture
Any suitable combination of education, training and / or experience is acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications
TOGAF certification
Experience with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, or similar)
Experience building AI agents or intelligent automation solutions
Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Salesforce) and hands-on cloud architecture experience
Experience with API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development patterns
Knowledge of zero-trust security frameworks and enterprise security architecture
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and organizational change management
Track record of mentoring technical teams and building architecture communities of practice
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
Executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority
Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences at all levels
Strong change management skills and proven ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
Proactive problem-solving with strategic vision and attention to detail
Creative thinking to develop elegant solutions for complex technical and business challenges
Strong business acumen and ability to conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
Track record of delivering measurable business value through architecture initiatives
Self-directed with commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technology landscape
Experience managing architectural governance and compliance processes
The pay for this role may range between $150,000 - $200,000 plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.
