What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance, quality, and financial performance

Drive census growth through engagement, outreach, and exceptional service

Foster a culture of kindness, accountability, and integrity

What We’re Looking For

Proven success as an Executive Director in senior living (AL / MC preferred)

Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance

Exceptional leadership, financial management, and communication skills

A passion for creating a positive, thriving environment for residents and staff
