We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Portage, Michigan. This long-term contract role offers the opportunity to lead the design and support of enterprise-wide business intelligence systems while collaborating with senior management to shape data strategies. The position requires a proactive individual capable of solving complex technical challenges and enhancing decision-making capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to identify, prioritize, and address data and information needs.
• Solve intricate technical problems to optimize the performance and usability of business intelligence tools.
• Develop and implement testing methodologies and criteria to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Create and deliver training programs to guide users in leveraging business intelligence tools for strategic decision-making.
• Establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for business intelligence systems and tools.
• Define and monitor data quality metrics to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose business cases for innovative business intelligence solutions.
• Apply expertise independently to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate and analyze data to inform and support critical business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or substantial equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence or a similar analytical role.
• Proven ability to address complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence technologies and enterprise-wide systems.
• Experience in developing testing methodologies and data quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and coach users on BI tools.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities based on factual data.
• Familiarity with research and analysis processes to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
